The Modernization of Cosmetics Regulation Act (MoCRA) requires facility registration and product listing with the FDA. We supply the technical documentation — a signed COA per batch and an INCI ingredient list — that supports your registration and listing; the filings themselves are made by you or your US agent.
What lead times should I expect shipping to the US?
